Welcome to ConnectPay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConnectPay platform, website, and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ConnectPay is a product of ConnectPay Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
ConnectPay provides a marketplace for professionals ("Professionals") to offer services, consultations, and digital communication to clients ("Clients"). We act as a facilitator; the contract for services is directly between the Professional and the Client.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content (text, images, links) you post on your profile. However, you grant ConnectPay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content to operate and promote the Platform.
ConnectPay charges a 5% platform fee on all successful transactions. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By using ConnectPay, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.
Paid Messages: Clients are only charged for a paid message if the Professional sends a reply. If no reply is sent within a reasonable timeframe (as defined by the Platform), the authorization will expire or be voided.

All Platform software, design, logos, and original content are the property of ConnectPay and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.
ConnectPay is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of professional profiles or the quality of services rendered by Professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
